POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Clerk will serve as a central point of support, providing essential administrative functions across multiple departments and assisting with special assignments.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain reception area responsibilities and manage secure visitor access
- Process and distribute all internal, outbound, and remote employee correspondence
- Monitor and replenish various workplace inventories, including kitchen and office supplies
- Serve as the designated notetaker for Safety Committee meetings.
- Update and maintain internal company schedules.
- Assist with departmental tasks and special assignments on a routine basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintain attention to detail and dependability
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage and shift focus between various ongoing tasks
